Meipaadam batch student (30.01.2024)

First of all I would like to thank you for teaching meipaadam in these modern days. As ancient cultures and traditional healthy body exercises are diminishing these days your meipaadam classes are the main resort to a healthy future generation.
When I joined the course 3 months ago I wanted to reduce my weight and should make myself look better as I was before 5 years ago .I thought meipaadam will work only on physical body.But as I started doing meipaadam regularly I feel better physically,Mentally and emotionally.
For example as a surgeon before I used to work for 6 hours only in the clinic after that I would start feeling tired .
But after doing meipaadam I am able to work for even 8 hours without any tiredness and my sleep quality has been improved as my mind has become more stable than ever before.
I had slight restriction in my right hand movement than left hand but meipaadam has increased my whole body flexibility and stamina so that I am able to play badminton efficiently how I was playing 5 years ago.
My wife told that me that my short temper nature has gone these days and I look more calm and peaceful than ever before.she also suggested me to make my elder daughter to get admitted to meipaadam class during
May month.
Sir I really enjoy the benefits of meipaadam and the true evidence of that is I have not taken even a single holiday till today from the day I joined the class 3 months ago.
As a doctor I know better that instead of doing gym exercises meipaadam will keep me young,healthy and stronger till my last breath.
Sir I am deeply interested to move on to the next stage of practising Karlakattai so that I can be joyfully healthy physically,mentally and emotionally .
